八妹作为科班出身且从事过一段时间的自由翻译，对于国内翻译市场，跟很多同行一样很想吐槽：稿费压榨，付款拖延，甚至骗稿消失（有兴趣的小伙伴可以去看老曹揭发过的各种骗局）。

国内译员的生存状况为何如此严酷？不外乎以下2个原因。

1.国内译员过多，一部分译员认识不到自己的价值，自愿接受低价（例如某瓣上千字30元比比皆是）；另一部分译员则是技能水平不高，因而低价求稿，而有些雇主并不理解好译文的价值，只求廉价，不求质量。

2.国内大多翻译公司的上家还是翻译公司，这样层层外包下来，到译员手里的不低才怪。

所以，如果能力水平过硬的译者，不如去国外市场发现自己的价值。但是渠道难找、风险较高，Transperfect，Lionbridge 等耳熟能详的大型跨国企业早已译者为患，至于语言供应商百强榜，也早就被进军海外的译者轮了好几百遍。费率无限接近于、甚至低于国内市场。怎么办呢

在接下来的日子里，八妹会持续整理一些兼职译员可以参与的海外翻译公司资源。

1. 游戏本地化翻译招聘：
