是的，你没有看错，这是一艘船——一艘行驶在“高架桥”上的船。
“醉后不知天在水，满船清梦压星河。”曾经古人醉后的幻觉，如今在贵州大地成为了现实。
日前，贵州乌江水运全线复航，14艘载满6800吨磷矿石的货船，从贵阳港开阳港区出发，到重庆涪陵转运进入长江，运抵安徽芜湖港，船队经过乌江构皮滩水电站通航工程时，轮船需要悬空穿行，呈现出一幅“水往高处走，船在天上行”的壮丽景观。
The Wujiang River waterway in southwest China’s Guizhou province has recently resumed water traffic. Fourteen cargo ships loaded with 6,800 metric tons of phosphate are moved past the Goupitan Hydropower Station in Yuqing county of Guizhou province recently by means of ship lift from the upstream Wujiang River to the downstream Yangtze River.↓点击观看实拍俯瞰视频↓
构皮滩水电站于2009年正式投产发电，是贵州省已建成的最大水电站，也是国家“西电东送”战略的重点工程。
The Goupitan hydropower station was put into operation in 2009. It is the biggest power station in Guizhou and a key part of the national west-to-east power transmission project.

2021年6月22日，构皮滩水电站通航工程正式投入试运行，500吨级船舶可将物资从贵阳市开阳县码头，一船通达重庆市涪陵区进入长江。
The navigation project of the hydropower station started trial operation on June 22, allowing up to 500-ton vessels to sail from Kaiyang wharf in Guiyang to the Yangtze River in Fuling of Chongqing.
通航工程线路总长2306米，由上下游引航道、三层垂直升船机和两级中间渠道组成。升船机可将500吨级船舶垂直提升100米。通航渡槽最大墩高超100米。
With a total length of 2,306 meters, the Goupitan Hydropower Station’s navigation project consists of upstream and downstream approach channels, a three-tier vertical ship lift and a two-tier middle channel. The lift can elevate vessels of up to 500 tons up or down a vertical distance of 100 meters. Ships pass through an aqueduct suspended 100 meters above the ground.
▌该工程被称为“升船机博物馆(a ship lift museum)”，创造了多项世界之最：
✩世界首座采用三级升船机方案的通航建筑物。
It is the first of this kind in the world to adopt three ship lifts to help ships travel through the river.
✩世界上通航水头最高的通航建筑物，电站大坝上下游水位落差最大达199米。
It also has the highest navigation buildings in the world, with water levels from upstream to downstream reaching 199 meters.✩它的第二级升船级垂直提升高度达127米，是世界上单级提升高度最高的升船机。
The lifting height completed by the second ship lift can reach 127 meters, the highest single lift in the world.✩第一、第三级垂直升船级采用下水式，可最大提升500吨级船舶，是世界规模最大、提升力最大的下水式升船机。
The first and third ship lifts, which are able to lift a ship with a maximum weight of 500 tons from the water, are the largest lifts in the world with the strongest lifting power.✩该工程还有一项国内首创，即首次采用通航隧洞穿越山体方案。
