MDF / COOP Agreement (Base Accrual / Marketing Development Funds):简称MDF或者COOP,大部分VC都是10%上下,字面理解就是补贴给亚马逊为你的产品做营销的费用(即便卖家不开,你的产品依旧能卖得动,只是可能会卖得慢一些)。
Damage Allowance Agreement:简称DA,一般情况下,如果选择Amazon-Disposes,亚马逊就会评估出一个DA的百分比,一般初始值是2%-3%,会根据产品的退货率逐年调整(一般都是逐年增加),字面理解就是补贴给亚马逊处理产品退换货的费用。如果不愿意接受DA Agreement,可以选择Amazon-Returns (to Vendor),即让亚马逊将不良产品及客人退货退还至卖家指定仓库,费用是10%左右的退货处理费,当DA超过15%的时候且产品可维修性强的,可以选择让亚马逊退还不良货物及买家无理由退货。
Freight Allowance Agreement:简称FA,一般初始值是3%-5%,也是会根据实际发货费用比例逐年调整(一般都是逐年增加),字面理解就是补贴给亚马逊将卖家产品从卖家位于美国境内的仓库运往亚马逊配送中心(FC)的费用。一般情况下,当你选择Freight Term为Collect时,亚马逊就会评估出一个FA的百分比。如果不愿意接受Amazon评定的FA,可以将Freight Term切换为Prepaid。
Freight Term:字面理解就是运输/运费条款,指的是货物从卖家位于美国境内的仓库运往亚马逊配送中心这一段的运输条款。主要有以下两种(Collect / Prepaid):
Amazon-Pays (Collect):亚马逊负责将货物从卖家位于美国境内的仓库运往亚马逊配送中心,且该段过程产生的运费及可能的关税(比如运往加拿大墨西哥等)都由亚马逊负责。如果产品是大件且在美国仅有1-2个仓库,推荐选择该条款,给亚马逊FA也胜过自己找物流公司运输的费用。
Vendor-Pays (Prepaid):由供货商(Vendor)将货物运往亚马逊配送中心,且该段过程产生的运费及可能的关税都由供货商(Vendor)自己负责。如果产品是小件或者高价值,或者美国境内有很多仓库,或者有需要从国内空运发货,或者FA极高且Amazon不愿意降低,则推荐选择该条款,不扣FA。
Return Agreement:退货条款,一般情况下退货类型有8种(我就不一一翻译了):
1. Customer Damaged The product has been returned by a customer and is not in a new condition; the product packaging is damaged or the product shows signs of use, wear or damage (including where the customer has broken the seal, opened the box and/or used or tested the product).
2. Carrier Damaged The product is either:(a) damaged during transit or delivery to an Amazon customer; or (b) been returned by the customer to Amazon and damaged during return transit or delivery to the fulfillment center.
3. Vendor Damaged Damaged before the point of delivery to Amazon (including damage due to handling by the vendor or the vendors carrier)
4. Defective The customer has returned the product and told Amazon that it is defective. This includes items that are missing parts, manuals, instructions or warranty information.
5. Warehouse Damaged The product is damaged after the point of delivery to Amazon but before leaving our fulfilment center (including damage due to handling in Amazons fulfillment center).
6. Undamaged Overstock Products that are not damaged or defective but lacks customer demand (overstocks).
7. Expired Products that are past their expiry date.
8. Advantage Stock under a consignment PO (Advantage stock), which is not damaged or defective but where Amazon lacks customer demand (overstock)
