Onesight Technology”BIM+AR Construction Management Solution” was selected as The Global PropTech Innovation Programme「PropXTech 2022/23」. The enterprise innovation Programme 「PropXTech 2022/23」 was jointly organized by Hong Kong Land and Sino Group, the co-chairman of the Hong Kong PropTech Alliance, aiming at promoting the development of real estate technology, bringing together scientific and technological innovation companies and enterprises from all over the world, and the research and development is applicable to Hong Kong, Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and even Hong Kong.
该竞赛共有来自香港、中国内地、美国、欧洲、澳洲及新加坡企业的3000多个地产科技解决方案报名申请，根据市场的实际技术需求，最终24个方案入选。入选企业须研发涵盖整个房地产周期的解决方案，包括设计、施工、销售及租赁和管理等范畴，所提交的方案须以可持续发展及ESG为基础，并聚焦绿色科技、智慧楼宇、智慧城市、智能建筑及客户互动五大重点领域。以见科技“BIM+AR施工管理解决方案”贯穿建筑全生命周期，以BIM+AR为核心，涵盖AI、物联网（IoT）等技术。以见科技自主研发的“一见®BIM+AR建筑平台”包含多款SaaS化软件产品及智能硬件设备，服务于建设方、施工方、市政管理单位及设计院等。There are more than 3,000 applications for real estate technology solutions from Hongkong, China, USA, Europe, Australia and Singapore. According to the actual technical demand of the market, 24 solutions were finally selected.The selected enterprises must develop solutions covering the whole real estate cycle, including design, construction, sales, leasing and management. The submitted solutions must be based on sustainable development and ESG, and focus on five key areas: green technology, smart buildings, smart cities, smart buildings and customer interaction.Onesight Technology “BIM+AR Construction Management Solution” throughout the whole life cycle of the building, with BIM+AR as the core, covering AI, Internet of Things (IoT) and other technologies.
“Onesight®BIM+AR Building Platform ” independently developed by Sight Technology includes a variety of SaaS software products and intelligent hardware devices, which serve the builders, constructors, municipal management units and design institutes.
